So given just a little, little tiny framework, theses guys are able to walk circles around, again me and the creative teams, simply because if you could find an empathetic developer they can do all human anthropological stuff and empathize and all that good stuff. The difficult part of design is balancing those two disparate requirements, and while Kolko acknowledges this dichotomy, he invests a great deal of trust in the designer.
